Due to the fact that the Stalker Club has come into our dormitory and entered our bathrooms, it has been brought to my attention that our bathrooms need locks. I apologize for my cousin's club.

I have been assurred that she will not allow the same to happen during the times that their club is in session... However, she also brought to my attention that she has no say in what the club members do in their spare time. And I know very well that her friend Keiko is... An odd person, and I sincerely doubt that any normal locks would stop her from doing as she pleased in her free time. She seems to... Take this stalker business very seriously...

Because of this, I took the time to look into the best locks available. I managed to find some high grade locks, however, they require a retinal scan to gain access. I have already been told by Oshitari that this would not be a problem for him, but the rest of you, I'm not so certain. I would like to know if you will accept this idea. If not, I will look into a different system of locks.

Dear Santa... Dear Santa, This year I've been busy! In March I bought porn for oshi_yuu_kun (10 points). In April I had a shoot-out with rival gang lords on the 5 near LA (-76 points). In October I broke uezama's X-Box (-12 points). In August I gave soresponsible a life-saving blood transfusion (50 points). Last Thursday I got in line at the supermarket at the same time as someone else and I didn't yield (-8 points). Overall, I've been naughty (-36 points). For Christmas I deserve a spanking! Well, the elevators are being installed this weekend... Actually, right now... I hope that they will finish by tomorrow... For though I will not use them, myself, the others who requested it will finally be satisfied... As long as they don't come up with something else they truly must have... They have their hot water heaters, they will have their elevator finished soon, on Wednesday they will have billiards tables, and they have a stage for karaoke... I truly think that they have enough for now.

Those who feel otherwise, feel free to comment. I will consider other requests, as long as they are reasonable.

The others seem rather insistant that they have a few things... I truly don't see the need for an elevator, but I suppose for the others it is a necessity... As far as a date that the elevator will be installed... I have settled on this upcoming weekend. It should be started Saturday, and most likely finished Sunday or Monday. I have paid for them to do their best and do it quickly. If they do a job other than perfect they will hear from my lawyer.

Second item, or rather, items. I have just been informed that six new hot water heaters have just finished being installed. I sincerely doubt that, even with all nine floors, we will ever run out of hot water. If we do, that's something that can simply be fixed with a few more hot water heaters. A small price to pay for warmth.

Third item, once again plural. I have just ordered a few of the nicest billiards tables, custom made for this dorm. I have been informed that they should arrive sometime within the next week. They aren't completely sure about when the billiards tables should arrive, but they assume that they will most likely arrive on Wednesday of next week. Along with the billiards tables, I have ordered a fair amount of billiards cues as well as a set of balls for each table. There should be more than enough for everyone to play billiards all at once, if they so desire.

Lastly, this Thursday, I will be having a stage installed in the commons for this Friday's karaoke. Also, I am having them bring in the best karaoke equipment available. This is a minor expense, after all.

I hope you all appreciate everything I'm buying for this dorm.

Hmm... This journal is public...? Ore-sama supposes that it truly doesn't matter. Ore-sama has managed to find an excellent roommate. Yukimura-kun is very easy to get along with, and Ore-sama is glad that he was able to acquire such a pleasant roommate.
